Kinzey Speaks to Greensboro Chamber

Ruth Kinzey, president of The Kinzey Company, recently spoke to Greensboro, NC, Chamber of Commerce members attending the organization’s Women’s Series.

The presentation, entitled "Leading with Style," addressed the many nonverbal aspects that projects one leadership image, ranging from social media presence to how one’s office is organized to meeting conduct. Participants were reminded they must always keep their audience in mind as they develop their personal marketing and communication plans for brand stylization.

The interactive session also addressed specific leadership issues identified by the group, such as how age or gender can impact one’s leadership abilities and covered ways to address these.

At the conclusion of the panel, audience members were challenged to identify at least one aspect of personal branding they planned to address immediately.

Immediate response following the program was that participants found the speech to be helpful and planned to utilize the thought-provoking material.
